I decided to create a tumblr blog strictly for reviewing movies I have seen called Cinema Experience. The first movie reviewed on this new blog is Tree of Life which I saw last night.
Tree of Life. 5 out of 5 rating.
Saw it last night. Spectacular - but a delayed reaction of sorts.
At the end I had to rewind it to the beginning and watch the opening 20 minutes again. Then I skipped through to the ending again. Very powerful.
It took a day for it to really hit me and now I am obsessed with thinking of this great film.
I highly recommend it but be aware - you can’t expect a typical movie experience and need to be open to appreciating it for what it is.
